Click on Companies > All Companies using the top navigation.
Click on the company for which you'd like to add a past investment. Click Closed / Cap Table in the left navigation.
Click the New Investment button at the top.
Select which class in which you invested or click Create Class to create a new class.
Follow the on screen prompts for Investment Terms and Investors. You can edit these later if needed.
Click Save Investment or Update Investment.
Next, you can create and issue invoices, send eSignature documents, upload files, or make notes. You can also leave your newly created investment, and return to do these things later. The investment now appears in your portfolio and in the company's cap table.
