Click Management > Message Center in the top navigation.
Click New Message on the right.
Select your recipients from the drop down. You can choose any combination of recipients.
If you choose to send to specific recipients, select the recipients from the drop down that appears.
To add more recipient types, click Add additional recipients.
Add a subject and text in the body of your message. You can also upload attachments. You can view all recipients to the right.
When you are ready to send it, click Send Message.
